tadaaa~ dah boring dgn sandwich tuna biasa tu, so i modified sket n terjadi la curry beef sandwich. name pun tunggang langgang haha. sandiwch ni sgt bgs, sbb lengkap dgn protein,sayur, n carbo.n trust me, this 1 last longer then nasi!! means kalau makan ni 5-6jam pastu baru terasa lapa.hihi. dulu time puasa tp time tak boleh puasa, saya akan breakfast dgn this 1, mkn betul2 time nk p kerja. memang tak terasa lapar lansung sampai la around 3-4 petang ihihih. berbanding makan sandwich biasa or nasi.<br />

~daging hancur 200 gram (kalau packaging Ramly burger yg bentuk 4 segi tu amik sekeping la)<br />
~6 keping roti <br />
~3 keping kepingan cheese<br />
~serbuk kari maggi (yg maggi kari punye tuuu)<br />
~italian herbs (optional, tanak letak pun tape)<br />
~bawang besar (saya gune yg kekuningan macam letak kat pizza tu) - potong nipis2/kecik2<br />
~bawang putih - 3 cloves. - di potong halus/tumbuk pun ok<br />
~timun, tomato<br />

cara2<br />

<li>tumis bawang besar n putih.</li>
<li>masukan sedikit italian herbs</li>
<li>masukkan daging.biarkan air daging keluar.tambah sket air if masih kering.</li>
<li>masukan lebih kurang 1 1/2 sudu besar serbuk kari maggi. ikut cita rasa, if tak rase sangat tambah lagi.</li>

dah siap then sediakan roti.letak daging atas roti, letak cheese,then susun timun or tomato atas cheese. saya tak letak salad, sbb nk kene bakar nanti salad tu hangus hehehe.. bila dh siap bakar pada suhu 150darjah celcius selama 10minit. then dh siap, potong di tengah2 (biar jadi bentuk 3 segitiga), jadi la 6 keping sandwich hehehe. oh yea, kalau nak menggemukkan lagi boleh la tabur parmesan+mozarrella diatas kepingan roti b4 dibakar..lg umphh! hihih<br />

utk kentang bakar, kery bakar macam tu je, bakar sekali dgn bakar ayam.<br />

2)then sementara masih putar tu <b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #009900;">masokkkan gula caster sedikit demi sedikit</span></b>.<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #009900;"> diikut oleh cuka and tepung jagung</span></b>. gula tu make sure masuk sedikit demi sedikit, let say 1 sudu then putar kream dalam 10 saat then masukkan lagu 1 sudu dan seterusnya<br />

3)putar adunan sampai la bila terbalikkan mangkuk, adunan tak terbalik. mase ni adunan nye nice and glossy.</div>

4)bila dh siap putar, boleh panaskan oven selama 10minit dgn suhu 250C. sementara tunggu oven panas siapkan baking paper, lukis bulatan berdiameter 8inchi. then tuang adunan ikut bulatan itu. kemas2 kan tepian tu guna pisau<br />

5)pastu boleh bakar dalam 130 darjah celcius dalam 20 minit pertama. then 120C utk 20minit kedua. </div>

<li>mase asing kan telor tu make sure bowl yg digunakan adalah <b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;">betul2 kering</span></b> n dan<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"> takde setitik or sebesar zarah pun telor kuneng</span></b> dalam telor puteh.kalau ade sket pun mmg tak jd..mmg cayaq (cair) abis la telor puteh tu nnt..sy dh penah kene mmg tak jd..huhu</li>
<li>nk kurangkan gula boleh, but nnt pavlova jd tak beberapa crispy.</li>
<li>gune <b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;">baking pape</span></b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"><b>r</b></span> mase bakar.sbb pavlova ni jenis sticky n crispy.susah woo nk asingkan.</li>
<li>bila oven dh bunyi "keting" (means mase membakar dh abis), biarkan pavlova tu<b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"> sejok dalam oven tersebut</span></b>.it helps the outside layer menjadi crispy and d inside stay moist (petua kak Min). kalau selalu buat malam, then biarkan dalam oven sampai esok pagi (tips belajar dari why ehehe)</li>

<li>masukkan daun limau purut 3 helai dulu dan daging.biar kan rebus. sesetgh org suka rebus daging terlebih awal dulu, but saya lebih suka daging direbus sama paprik ni.air daging+limau purut make our paprik lagi wangiiiii n sodappp hehehe</li>

<li>sapu/gaul black pepper+garam pada ayam secara keseluruhan.luar dan dalam..seeloknye diperam,diletak dalam peti ais. bak kate jimie, buat waktu pagi hari yg sama if nak masak utk lunch or dinner.</li>
<li>asingkan lemon dan bawang putih. biarkan potato sejuk sendiri. lemon di cucuk2 dan disumbat dalam ayam (ala kat celah kankang tu la hihi) bersama2 dgn bawang putih.. </li>
<li>gaul ayam bersama minyak zaitun dan daun rosemary</li>
<li>bakar ayam pada 190 darjah celcius selama 45minit sehingga sejam (depends ayam besar mana and make sure oven di panaskan dulu)</li>
<li>gaul potato dgn rosemary n masukkan kedalam oven utk di bakar bersama ayam selepas 30minit.</li>
<li>bila ayam dan potato dh masak, keluarkan bawang putih and hancur2kan dan ramas/gaul pada ayam.dan ia sedia di hidang yippie!boleh tahu bila ayam dh masak, try tarik isi ayam pakai garfu.if senang je nk tertarik means dh masak la tu.</li>
