Broccoli Salad (salad la sgt)
what u need:
Broccoli
white pepper
fresh milk
garlic
butter
parmesan cheese
How to do it:
Put broccoli into a periok. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender but still crisp (kira tade la lembut sgt.tahu?).dah agak2 masak, tapis n ketepikan.
in frying pan, melt kan butter, masok kan garlic, kacau2 jgn sampai hangus.
put fresh milk, sket je dalam 4 sudu gitu, kacau2 lagi then put in white pepper (tade ganti garam pun boleh)
tutop api. n then msk kan brocolli tadi,kacau2 sampai rata.then put some butter (around 1 spoon) n kacau rata.. let d butter melt 1st and do the magic 1st b4 kacau sampai rata.
taburan parmesan cheese.
siap utk dihidang.sedap sangat!
tak sure recipe ni valid utk diet or tidak. im not in diet nak kuruskan badan tu.just utk detox process. broccoli is one of the veggie that very good for detox process. if you lose weight during the detox process it's a bonus for you!! :D
