Baked Potato

pls dun judge the food based on its look.

i know d looks is teribble but d taste was yummiesss~

This recipe I got from my dear friend Arnie. as usual I altered it a liltle a bit based on what i want.heeee :D

all u need are :

~1 big potato

~2 boiled eggs/tuna spread

~mayonis

~black pepper

~butter

~mozarella/cheddar cheese

Directions:

1) cut a thin slice off the top of n scoop out the pulp. mash the pulp together with eggs, mayonnies and pepper. OR u can use tuna spread as ur 'inti'

2) wipe butter all around the potato then bake for 45 min or until tender.

3) spoon the mashed potato+eggs into potato shell.top with cheese as many as u want (yummiess)

4) Baked again for another 10-15 min or until d cheese melts.
